XLCSSE specifically disclaims any warranty or statement that compliance with any Advice in any document or other communication from XLCSSE will make your location safer from the risk of wildfires, or bring it into compliance with any standard, code, law, rule or regulations.
If the User has any questions regarding the Advices provided, or if the User has alternative solutions for the services provided, he may contact us.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, XLCSSE disclaims all liability for loss or damage suffered by any party arising out of or in connection with the Diagnosis or Advices provided, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, however arising.
